GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a commission agent by commission agents under the Karnataka Money Lenders Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Warehouse Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every commission agent carrying on the business of a commission agent shall furnish Form H to the Registrar within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every commission agent carrying on the business of a commission agent shall make an application in Form H to the Registrar within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a commission agent is undertaken, and the Registrar shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
