GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of an early warning system by operators of an early warning system under the Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Emergency Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall furnish Form D to the District Authority within one day.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an early warning system carrying on the operation of an early warning system shall make an application in Form D to the District Authority within one day, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of an early warning system is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
