GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Kerala Municipality Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form F to the Director of Municipal Administration within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form F to the Director of Municipal Administration within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Kerala.
