GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The management of a gurdwara by committees of a gurdwara under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall furnish Form H to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every committee of a gurdwara carrying on the management of a gurdwara shall make an application in Form H to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of a gurdwara is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
