GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of defence land on lease by lessees of defence land under the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Staff Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of defence land carrying on the holding of defence land on lease shall furnish Form G to the Director-General within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of defence land carrying on the holding of defence land on lease shall make an application in Form G to the Director-General within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of defence land on lease is undertaken, and the Director-General shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Karnataka.
