GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The aggregation of transport services by aggregators under the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1974, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Highway Administration Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every aggregator carrying on the aggregation of transport services shall furnish Form 20 to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every aggregator carrying on the aggregation of transport services shall make an application in Form 20 to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the aggregation of transport services is undertaken, and the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
