GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a dharamshala by keepers of a dharamshala under the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall furnish Form D to the Board within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application in Form D to the Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a dharamshala is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
