GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The sale of insecticides by dealers in insecticides under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in insecticides carrying on the sale of insecticides shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of insecticides is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Kerala.
