GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The maintenance of a housing complex by facility management agencies under the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall furnish Form C to the Adjudicating Officer within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application in Form C to the Adjudicating Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the maintenance of a housing complex is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra.
