GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Compliance Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall furnish Form G to the Sports Tribunal within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application in Form G to the Sports Tribunal within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of sports goods is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Kerala.
