GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The manufacture of fireworks by manufacturers of fireworks under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Magistrate, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of fireworks carrying on the manufacture of fireworks shall furnish Form III to the State Government within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of fireworks carrying on the manufacture of fireworks shall make an application in Form III to the State Government within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of fireworks is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Maharashtra.
