GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: Dealing in excisable articles by dealers under the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Inspector of Excise, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall furnish Form C to the Licensing Authority within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer carrying on dealing in excisable articles shall make an application in Form C to the Licensing Authority within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which dealing in excisable articles is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
