GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a working women's hostel by working women's hostels under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Child Protection Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every working women's hostel carrying on the running of a working women's hostel shall furnish Form VIII to the Commission within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every working women's hostel carrying on the running of a working women's hostel shall make an application in Form VIII to the Commission within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a working women's hostel is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
