GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of contracts by contractors under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Procurement Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor carrying on the execution of contracts shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Comptroller and Auditor-General within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of contracts is undertaken, and the Comptroller and Auditor-General shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Rajasthan.
