GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The receipt of grants by grantees under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Treasury Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall furnish Form GFR 21 to the Finance Commission within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every grantee carrying on the receipt of grants shall make an application in Form GFR 21 to the Finance Commission within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the receipt of grants is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Environment Department, Government of Gujarat.
