GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The publication of a periodical by publishers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall furnish Form III to the Press Council within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall make an application in Form III to the Press Council within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of a periodical is undertaken, and the Press Council shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
