GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The export of goods by exporters under the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall furnish Form SEZ-1 to the Development Commissioner within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every exporter carrying on the export of goods shall make an application in Form SEZ-1 to the Development Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the export of goods is undertaken, and the Development Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
