GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a facilitation centre by facilitation centres under the Tamil Nadu Manual Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Work) Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Social Security Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every facilitation centre carrying on the running of a facilitation centre shall furnish Form 5 to the Standing Committee within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every facilitation centre carrying on the running of a facilitation centre shall make an application in Form 5 to the Standing Committee within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a facilitation centre is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
