GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The storage of agricultural produce by licensees of a warehouse under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Seed Inspector, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a warehouse carrying on the storage of agricultural produce shall furnish Form H to the Board within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a warehouse carrying on the storage of agricultural produce shall make an application in Form H to the Board within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of agricultural produce is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Kerala.
