GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a coaching centre by coaching centres under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector of Schools, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall furnish Form B to the District Education Officer within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every coaching centre carrying on the running of a coaching centre shall make an application in Form B to the District Education Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a coaching centre is undertaken, and the District Education Officer shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of Gujarat.
