GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of waqf property by tenants of waqf property under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall furnish Form F to the Waqf Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application in Form F to the Waqf Tribunal within three hundred and sixty-five days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of waqf property is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
