GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The display of hoardings by owners of a hoarding under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Regional Officer of the Board, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hoarding carrying on the display of hoardings shall furnish Form V to the Press Council within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hoarding carrying on the display of hoardings shall make an application in Form V to the Press Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the display of hoardings is undertaken, and the Press Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
