GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a children's home by operators of a children's home under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Superintendent of the Home, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a children's home carrying on the running of a children's home shall furnish Form II to the Commission within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a children's home carrying on the running of a children's home shall make an application in Form II to the Commission within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a children's home is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
