GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The use of a private service vehicle by owners of a private service vehicle under the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the registering authority, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a private service vehicle carrying on the use of a private service vehicle shall furnish Form 30 to the Government of Maharashtra within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a private service vehicle carrying on the use of a private service vehicle shall make an application in Form 30 to the Government of Maharashtra within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of a private service vehicle is undertaken, and the Government of Maharashtra shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
