GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The employment of adolescents by employers of adolescents under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Superintendent of the Home, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall furnish Form V to the Commission within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall make an application in Form V to the Commission within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of adolescents is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
