GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of insecticides by manufacturers of insecticides under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall furnish Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manufacturer of insecticides carrying on the manufacture of insecticides shall make an application in Form F to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of insecticides is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Punjab.
