GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a school library by managers of a school library under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Examination Controller, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every manager of a school library carrying on the running of a school library shall furnish Form C to the Commission within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every manager of a school library carrying on the running of a school library shall make an application in Form C to the Commission within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a school library is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Gujarat.
