GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a co-operative society by co-operative societies under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Agricultural Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall furnish Form G to the Government of Kerala within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every co-operative society carrying on the business of a co-operative society shall make an application in Form G to the Government of Kerala within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a co-operative society is undertaken, and the Government of Kerala shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Kerala.
