GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall furnish Form E to the Government of Goa within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form E to the Government of Goa within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the support of athletes is undertaken, and the Government of Goa shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Goa.
