GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The holding of land assessed to revenue by holders of land under the Gujarat Agricultural Lands Ceiling Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall furnish Form 12 to the State Government within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land assessed to revenue shall make an application in Form 12 to the State Government within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land assessed to revenue is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Gujarat.
