GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The carrying on of a trade by persons carrying on a trade within the municipal limits under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall furnish Form H to the Development Authority within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a trade within the municipal limits carrying on the carrying on of a trade shall make an application in Form H to the Development Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a trade is undertaken, and the Development Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Mines and Geology Department, Government of Gujarat.
