GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The employment of adolescents by employers of adolescents under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Anganwadi Supervisor, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall furnish Form VIII to the Commission within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall make an application in Form VIII to the Commission within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the employment of adolescents is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
