GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of common areas by associations of allottees under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall furnish Form F to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall make an application in Form F to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of common areas is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
