Chennai, dated the 19th February, 2016

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Tamil Nadu Housing Board Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall furnish Form F to the Housing Board within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form F to the Housing Board within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a group housing scheme is undertaken, and the Housing Board shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
