GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a cruise vessel by operators of a cruise vessel under the Gujarat Maritime Board Act, 1981, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar of Inland Vessels, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a cruise vessel carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel shall furnish Form 5 to the Director-General within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a cruise vessel carrying on the operation of a cruise vessel shall make an application in Form 5 to the Director-General within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a cruise vessel is undertaken, and the Director-General shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Gujarat.
