Hyderabad, dated the 15th November, 2015

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of a competition by organisers under the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Telangana, after careful examination, hereby orders that every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall furnish Form A to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every organiser carrying on the conduct of a competition shall make an application in Form A to the Sports Tribunal within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of a competition is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Telangana.
