GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: Street vending by street vendors under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every street vendor carrying on street vending shall furnish Form A to the Municipal Council within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every street vendor carrying on street vending shall make an application in Form A to the Municipal Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which street vending is undertaken, and the Municipal Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
