GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The management of common areas by associations of allottees under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall furnish Form E to the Competent Authority within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every association of allottees carrying on the management of common areas shall make an application in Form E to the Competent Authority within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the management of common areas is undertaken, and the Competent Authority shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
