GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The manufacture of sports goods by sports goods manufacturers under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Doping Control Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall furnish Form C to the State Sports Council within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every sports goods manufacturer carrying on the manufacture of sports goods shall make an application in Form C to the State Sports Council within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the manufacture of sports goods is undertaken, and the State Sports Council shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Kerala.
