GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The handling of sensitive personal data by bodies corporate under the Kerala Police Act, 2011, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every body corporate carrying on the handling of sensitive personal data shall furnish Form F to the Certifying Authority within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every body corporate carrying on the handling of sensitive personal data shall make an application in Form F to the Certifying Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the handling of sensitive personal data is undertaken, and the Certifying Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Kerala.
