GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Charity Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall furnish Form D to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall make an application in Form D to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a temple is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
