GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The culture of fish by fish farmers under the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Insecticide Inspector, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every fish farmer carrying on the culture of fish shall furnish Form F to the Board within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every fish farmer carrying on the culture of fish shall make an application in Form F to the Board within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the culture of fish is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Kerala.
