GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a water supply scheme by operators of a water supply scheme under the Karnataka Irrigation Act, 1965, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Junior Engineer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a water supply scheme shall furnish Form H to the River Basin Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a water supply scheme shall make an application in Form H to the River Basin Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a water supply scheme is undertaken, and the River Basin Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Karnataka.
