GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The working of a winery by licensees of a winery under the Delhi Excise Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Commissioner of Excise, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall furnish Form A to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within ten days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a winery carrying on the working of a winery shall make an application in Form A to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi within ten days, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a winery is undertaken, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall dispose of it within ten days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Registration and Stamps Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
