GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The execution of relief works by contractors for relief works under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall furnish Form D to the Relief Commissioner within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every contractor for relief works carrying on the execution of relief works shall make an application in Form D to the Relief Commissioner within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of relief works is undertaken, and the Relief Commissioner shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
