GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The submission of accounts for audit by auditees under the Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Audit Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall furnish Form GFR 25 to the Controller General of Accounts within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every auditee carrying on the submission of accounts for audit shall make an application in Form GFR 25 to the Controller General of Accounts within seven days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the submission of accounts for audit is undertaken, and the Controller General of Accounts shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Gujarat.
