GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The carrying on of a food business by food business operators under the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act, 1977, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Food Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every food business operator carrying on the carrying on of a food business shall furnish Form G to the Licensing Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every food business operator carrying on the carrying on of a food business shall make an application in Form G to the Licensing Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of a food business is undertaken, and the Licensing Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Maharashtra.
