GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of agricultural produce by licensees of a warehouse under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Seed Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a warehouse carrying on the storage of agricultural produce shall furnish Form D to the Seed Certification Agency within forty-five days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a warehouse carrying on the storage of agricultural produce shall make an application in Form D to the Seed Certification Agency within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of agricultural produce is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Agriculture Department, Government of Karnataka.
