GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The writing of instruments for reward by document writers under the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Stamp Auditor, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every document writer carrying on the writing of instruments for reward shall furnish Form D to the Collector within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every document writer carrying on the writing of instruments for reward shall make an application in Form D to the Collector within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the writing of instruments for reward is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Rajasthan.
