GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brick kiln in a village by owners of a brick kiln in a village under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Village Development Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall furnish Form 3 to the Panchayat Samiti within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a brick kiln in a village carrying on the working of a brick kiln in a village shall make an application in Form 3 to the Panchayat Samiti within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brick kiln in a village is undertaken, and the Panchayat Samiti shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
